Beach Mountain
Topographically inspired DJ sets, tuned for outdoor listening

Beach Mountain is a project I started in 2021 to bring together my love of outdoor activity and DJing. Each mix is inspired by the topography of a real place, rising “elevation” from beach to mountain. These mixes are tuned to be paired with outdoor activity, slowly rising in tempo and energy as the listener warms up and gets into the groove of whatever they are doing.
Just like a hiking trail, each episode includes a “sonic trail map” as artwork, so listeners can visually track the increase in tempo as they listen. For every 10 listens, I donate $1 to local conservation groups in each episode’s location.
